任职要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as a working language, minor languages are preferred; 2. More than 5 years of sales experience in the electronics and other fast-moving consumer goods industries, and have channel and retail practical experience; those with overseas work experience are preferred; 3. Familiar with the knowledge and skills in the marketing field; able to grasp the development trend of the consumer electronics industry terminal industry and formulate related market strategies; 4. Good at grasping the essence of things, continuously challenging high goals, optimistic and tenacious.
工作职责
1. Goal Acceptance and Management: Responsible for the sales results and healthy operation of the channels in the area/country in charge; 2. Channel Expansion and Customer Management: Establish a healthy channel structure through a series of actions such as market insight, strategy selection, and customer pitch; 3. Channel Operation Lead the operation of SMR, use tools such as PSI, turnover, TCO, etc., to be responsible for the quality of channel transactions, and ensure long-term stable development。

1、业务驱动的文化诊断与体系构建 深入理解核心业务的运作逻辑、挑战与文化基因,基于公司战略与业务需求,诊断现有文化状态,设计、搭建并持续迭代一套清晰、可衡量、与经营目标强关联的企业文化理念体系、行为标准及评估机制。 将抽象的文化理念转化为可感知、可践行的业务场景化语言和行为指引,确保文化“看得见、摸得着、用得上”。 2、虚拟组织运营:在无直接汇报关系的矩阵组织中,识别、招募、培养并赋能分布在全国各战区的“文化大使”、“文化火种”。 设计并落地高效的虚拟文化组织架构, 通过线上/线下结合的方式持续激活和赋能虚拟组织成员,使其成为文化在本地的“代言人”和“落地抓手”。 3、策划并主导实施具有影响力、与业务场景深度结合的文化落地项目(非简单活动组织)。 4、设计并运用多元化的传播策略(故事、案例、内刊、线上平台等),讲好文化故事,特别是文化与业务成功结合的标杆案例,让文化价值显性化。 5、建立文化度量体系: 设计与业务指标(如员工敬业度、留存率、客户满意度、跨部门协作效率、战区业绩达成等)相关联的文化健康度评估机制,定期监测、分析并报告文化建设的成效,用数据驱动决策。
