工作职责
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and growth. Develop and manage IMC marketing and branding campaigns that promote our brands. Oversee the development of brand assets, including website listings and promotional materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to improve our branding strategies. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing efforts. Monitor and analyse brand performance and market trends to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust as necessary. Develop guidelines that instruct internal teams and external agencies on how to effectively deploy the brand strategy based on market research and insights. Provide recommendations to the marketing head on how to enhance brand image and recognition based on market research and insights.
Assist in developing and executing public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. Support the planning and implementation of media outreach activities, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets. Coordinate corporate events, product launches, and brand activations, ensuring alignment with company messaging and objectives. Monitor media coverage and online public sentiment, providing timely reports and recommendations to improve brand perception. Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Branding, and Go-To-Market, to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Assist in managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content that reflects the brand’s tone and values. Support crisis communication activities, helping prepare statements and responses to protect the brand’s reputation.
Support offline sales operations in the market, assisting in achieving sales targets and expanding market share. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for offline retail channels, providing insights to develop channel strategies and promotional plans. Assist in managing relationships with key retail partners, ensuring timely communication and effective execution of sales programs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment in product launches, pricing, and in-store promotions. Monitor and analyze offline sales performance, store display execution, and customer feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Establish long term partnerships with key vendor partners for the group of vendors handled. • Partnering with the Retail Category Team and build successful communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors. • Build and execute on a joint business plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon. • Conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience. • Success will be measured by the performance of your vendors on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers. • Conduct regular WBRs, MBRs with the vendors, highlight business metric performance and building action plans.
