• Develop and Manage the Oracle Customer Relationships by forming long term customer relationships with key customer contacts. Work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Provides direction and mentoring to more junior team members. Understand customer’s industry drivers, organization structure and key stakeholders, key projects and goals, and critical success factors as well as technical infrastructure and roadmap. • Work collaboratively with sales, the delivery teams and customers to identify appropriate solutions. • Coordinate delivery of Oracle Services, operating as the primary delivery contact to the customer, aiding and facilitating customer communications and activities across other Oracle lines of business. • Responsible for delivering to the contracted terms, effective and efficient use of Oracle delivery resources, achieving the contract margin and revenue objectives. • Identify and submit delivery leads for new opportunities and contract renewals. • Act as a point of contact for any major incidents, responsible for managing communication and customer expectations through resolution. • Establish and maintain a delivery governance model with the customer at the management and executive levels. • Perform scope and risk management. • Contribute to initiatives for Oracle delivery organizational process improvement and tool development. • Conduct periodic Service Account Planning and Account Reviews. 7-10 years Enterprise implementation experience, IT Service management, Project management or Account Management experience and/or Advanced Educational degree. Project Management or Service Management certification is desirable - ITIL, PMP, Prince2 or University equivalent. Subject Matter expertise in industry or product(s). Ability to effectively communicate and engage with senior executives. Demonstrated expertise in large (multi-site or international) IT projects. Working Globally is desirable.
The position will include the following tasks: 1. Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations. 2. Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts. 3. Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates. 4. Review of Marketing Material and Marketing and Retail Campaigns. 5. Communication with Regulatory Authorities. 6. Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels. 7. Support in promoting the Compliance Program. 8. Support and advice to the finance, tax, sales and HR department. 9. Liaise with the HQ Legal Team. 10. Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department.
Technical Development & Architecture * Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for Compliance use cases * Lead the development of efficient ML models and end‑to‑end data processing pipelines from ingestion to serving. * Build robust, production-grade AI services using Python and modern ML frameworks. * Make and document sound architectural decisions, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and cost‑effective. * Establish and maintain high engineering standards, including testing, monitoring, and documentation. Engineering Leadership * Partner closely with data scientists, product managers, and operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions. * Define and evolve the technical architecture for AI-powered features and platforms. * Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and elevate engineering quality across the team. * Continuously improve AI system performance, reliability, and latency through experimentation and optimization. Technical Collaboration & Operations * Work with cross‑functional partners to understand requirements, refine scope, and prioritize technical work. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers. * Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI systems. * Implement and evolve ML Ops practices (e.g., CI/CD for models, feature stores, model monitoring, and retraining workflows).
