This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key channel partners, building strategic relationships with integrators, distributors, and service providers, and identifying new opportunities in the commercial and SMB segments. Responsibilities: - Own full regional P&L and revenue targets for B2B security hardware, including cameras, hubs, sensors, and NVR solutions. Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, including channel mix, partner coverage, pricing, and market segmentation. - Build, lead, and scale a regional sales organization, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and territory planning. - Develop and manage strategic partnerships with security integrators, ISPs, VARs, distributors, and OEM partners. - Drive pipeline generation and deal execution to achieve quarterly and annual growth targets. - Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and HQ leadership to align roadmap, demand generation, and supply planning. - Own sales forecasting, CRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, and executive-level reporting. - Represent the company at industry trade shows, regional events, and key customer engagements. - Provide structured feedback on market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and product performance to influence product and strategy decisions.
1.As the head of operations, ensure warehouse efficiency, quality, and cost metrics meet expectations by effectively managing daily operations. 2.Collaborate with headquarters and regional functions to implement headquarters' standards for the warehouse, optimizing and improving areas such as staffing, systems, processes, materials, equipment, and layout. 3. Develop and implement warehouse operation plans based on customer needs to guarantee service delivery. 4.According to business demands, devise plans for overseas warehouse relocation, transitions, and construction of new facilities, overseeing projects from start to finish. 5. Reporting to VN Head of Legal, you will be responsible for the following core duties: (i) advising key stakeholders on a various matters including corporate, investment, licensing, labor, and other regulatory matters of the Company and its group of companies in Vietnam; (ii) provide legal advice on issues and operations relating to the Company’s and its group of companies’ business activities; (iii) ensure that the company and group entities are up to date on the applicable legal requirements and in compliance with the same; (iv) assist mentoring a young and dynamic legal team in Vietnam on day-to-day legal matters and special assignments; (v) assist to implement legal and compliance policies of the Company and its group of companies in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations; (vi) negotiate, discuss, draft and review contracts and other documents for the Company and its group of companies’ business, operations and projects; (vii) provide legal training for business and operations teams on legal processes and relevant legal issues; (viii) assist with operating license applications and regulatory filings, and in dealing with regulators (ix) working closely with regional Legal, Compliance, and Government Affairs teams to lead or participate in various projects, provide legal analysis and value-added input, and guide the business on implementation plans; (x) manage the company’s disputes, litigation, and investigations, including liaising with external counsel; and (xi) other matters and works as assigned and instructed by VN Head of Legal.
We seek to hire a legal counsel/senior legal counsel of commercial legal who will be a key member of the growing legal team supporting AliExpress consumer facing e-commerce platform and services in the European Union, the UK and other markets, with a expected focus on certain markets (eg Eastern Europe) as well as support on certain EU-wide compliance (in particular DSA related). The attorney will be based in our Hangzhou main office or in one of our European offices (with a strong preference for Warsaw, Amsterdam or Madrid). The key areas and requirements that we are looking for are those listed below: Primary Responsibilities * Reporting to Head of Legal for Europe, AliExpress, advise on legal aspects of the platform’s international expansion of current and proposed new e-commerce offerings. * Provide advice to business teams on legal aspects of the implementation of commercial agreements, business models and strategies, business operations, marketing activities, and product offerings. * Research local laws and regulations in the local jurisdictions and manage outside counsel. * Support on regulatory enquiries and other requirements, including but not limited to Requests for Information (RFI) under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) or other legislation. * Provide advice on platform compliance, product listing compliance, local and cross border logistics, import/export, payment acceptance, antitrust and/or unfair competition matters. * Negotiate, draft, and review contracts and commercial agreements. * Develop in-house legal tools and policies, and conduct trainings to business units.
Responsible for assessing and managing the risk of credit business, ensuring the safety and stability of the business. • Conduct overall risk assessment of credit business, and formulate corresponding risk management strategies based on the results. • Monitor and analyze risk indicators of credit business, and alert and handle exceptions. • Participate in the development and implementation of credit business risk management policies and processes. • Conduct risk model and data analysis. • Collaborate with business departments and other relevant departments to jointly control and reduce business risks. • Regularly submit risk assessment reports and recommendations to support business decisions.
