工作职责
我们正在搭建一个 AI原生的股票投资团队，以AI为核心驱动力重塑投研与交易，构建新一代投研投管系统与策略平台。 候选人可在两个方向中选择主攻或兼顾： 一，投资研究方向： 1，参与二级市场的股票研究、行业研究和宏观分析； 2，收集与结构化数据，撰写研究报告，构建估值模型； 3，提炼并验证投资假设，参与投资策略形成与回测。 二，AI系统方向： 1，构建并迭代AI原生的投资研究与投资管理系统； 2，开发和优化内部Claw Skills模块，提升AI在投研中的生产力； 3，研究并本地化前沿AI工具和模型，将其融入投研工作流。
1、开展游戏、影视行业趋势研究，挖掘高潜力投资标的； 2、负责项目筛选与评估，根据定量、定性评价模型/标准，分析并评估游戏玩法、影视IP等核心价值； 3、参与交易全流程，包括尽调、风险核查及交易结构设计与谈判； 4、监控投后指标并整合资源，提升被投项目商业化表现；
1.Conduct research and analysis on the product innovation, market structure, industry trends, and competition dynamics of China & overseas FinTech markets, including analyzing the market performance and trends of listed FinTech stocks. 2.Screen and evaluate various overseas FinTech investment opportunities, including but not limited to payment, neobanks, digital wallets, lending, financial technology, digital currency, etc., conduct investment analysis and due diligence on projects. 3.Communicate and negotiate with target companies, participate in investment negotiations and transactions, and participate in post-investment management and supervision. 4.Regularly write investment reports and industry analysis reports, providing investment advice and decision-making support to the company's senior management. 5.Source potential investment opportunities and build sourcing networks as needed.
1.Conduct deep, bottom-up fundamental research on companies in the AI ecosystem, with a primary focus on AI-native applications, agents, and software, as well as other companies where AI is a core driver of business strategy. 2.Continuously monitor existing portfolio positions and stay abreast of key industry developments, technological breakthroughs, and competitive shifts in the AI landscape. 3.Engage with industry experts, attend technology and investment conferences, and build a network to generate unique insights and investment ideas.
