- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales support, business operations, marketing, retail, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and identify trends
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) 
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $75,000 - $81,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
