About the Role:
Anker is seeking an Experiential Partnerships Manager to grow our presence among small and midsize businesses, professional creators, and maker communities across North America.

This role will develop creator and community partnerships, execute in-person customer experiences, and build programs that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with makers, creators, designers, SMB communities, complementary brands, retailers, and industry organizations.
- Plan and execute workshops, product demonstrations, pop-up experiences, creator events, design challenges, and product-preview programs.
- Build and manage engagement programs for professional makers, small businesses, studios, and independent creators.
- Develop co-branded, creator-led, and in-store initiatives that support customer acquisition and product adoption.
- Identify customer stories, use cases, and community advocates for case studies and brand content.
- Manage program timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Track program performance, including participation, engagement, leads, influenced revenue, and ROI.
- Partner with Sales, GTM, Product, Brand, Retail, and global teams to align programs with business priorities and product launches.
