任职要求
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, experiential programs, community engagement, brand activation, field marketing, or a related area.
- Demonstrated experience developing partnerships and executing in-person programs in the North American market.
- Strong understanding of maker, DIY, creator, design, or small-business communities.
- Strong project-management, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple programs from planning through execution and measurement.
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is required. 
- Experience of working with cross-functional or global teams. 
- Willingness to travel and occasionally support evening or weekend events.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creative tools, consumer electronics, hardware, design technology, or a related consumer or prosumer category.
- Existing relationships within North American maker, creator, design, or SMB communities.
- Experience managing pop-ups, showrooms, workshops, trade shows, product demonstrations, or creator programs.
- Familiarity with CRM, project-management, event-management, or community platforms.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) 
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,000 - $110,000 annually.
