任职要求 1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历及以上，电子、计算机、通信、自动化等相关专业。 2. 熟悉嵌入式系统 / BSP / 驱动开发经验，熟悉 MCU / SoC 平台底层架构； 3. 有平头哥（如 Wujian 系列）、瑞星微（如 RS220X系列）、BES（如 BES2300/2700/2800）等平台实际项目经验者优先； 4. 熟练掌握至少一种 RTOS（FreeRTOS、Zephyr、RT-Thread、NuttX 等）在低功耗应用下的裁剪与调度优化； 5. 熟悉功耗建模与优化技术，掌握多电源域管理、睡眠策略设计与电源调试工具使用； 6. 熟悉平台启动流程、Bootloader 设计、外设驱动移植与调试； 7. 良好的跨团队沟通协作能…
