任职要求 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信等相关专业。 研发架构师：8 年以上软件研发经验，其中 3 年以上系统架构设计经验。 研发高级工程师：5 年以上软件研发经验。 至少深入掌握设备端、移动端、服务端中的一端，同时理解其他端的工作方式，能做跨端方案设计。 有日志、埋点、监控或可观测性体系的建设经验，参与过从采集到检索的完整链路设计。 有制定技术规范并推动多团队落地的经验，能在没有直接汇报关系的情况下推动研发团队执行。 逻辑清晰，抽象能力强，能把复杂问题沉淀为标准和机制；沟通与影响力出色。 技术栈 必备 设备端：C / C++，嵌入式 Linux 或 RTOS；设备日志系统（syslog、环形缓冲、日志落盘与轮转）；崩溃现场采集（coredump、异常栈、看门狗复位原因） 移动端 / PC：Kotlin / Java（Android）或 Swift / ObjC（iOS）；客户端日志与埋点 SDK；崩溃采集（tombstone / minidump 等） 服务端：Java / Go / Python 之一；HTTP / RESTful 上报接口设计；高并发接入服务 通信与上…
