1.负责 AI 游戏研发平台的产品规划、需求分析、功能设计和版本迭代；
2.深入游戏研发流程，挖掘策划、美术、程序、测试等岗位的 AI 提效场景；
3.重点建设面向策划岗位的 AI 产品能力，包括策划案生成、玩法创意、需求文档生成、配置表辅助、竞品分析、玩家反馈分析等；
4.理解策划、美术、技术、测试之间的协作流程，推动 AI 能力嵌入真实研发链路；
5.与算法、工程、数据和游戏项目组协作，完成 AI 场景从需求定义、方案设计、试点验证到规模化落地；
