工作职责

1.Work closely with the operations team to discuss and promote creativity, responsible for designing materials for online game operation activities
2.Use existing artistic resources from projects, combine personal artistic abilities to express creativity, and create illustrations or graphic designs for different scenario requirements
3.Summarize and accumulate experience based on results, optimize design and efficiency
4.Communicate and collaborate with outsourcing teams, able to independently control the quality and progress of outsourced designs
5.Quickly learn about new tools and methods, improve efficiency and quality, and apply them to practical projects
