工作描述
任职要求 1.工作经验 3 年以内，有较强学习能力、工程落地能力和 AI Agent 产品敏感度。 2.熟悉 Java 技术栈，具备 Java 后端开发经验，理解常见 Web 服务开发、接口设计、数据库访问、异常处理和工程化实践。 3.至少完整参与或独立构建过一个可实际使用的 AI Agent 项目，能够讲清楚 Agent 的产品设计、技术架构、关键模块和实际效果。 4.熟悉提示词工程和上下文工程，理解短期记忆、中期压缩、长期持久化记忆等 Agent 记忆机制，有实际设计或调优经验。 5.具备 MCP、Function Call 或类似工具调用系统的开发/集成经验，能够实现工具注册、参数处理、结果回传、异常处理和调用稳定性优化。 6.近期有 OpenClaw、Hermas Agent 等 Agent 框架或产品的使用、调研或项目实践经历，能够理解其能力边界…
