2、了解各国电商行业的管控规章法律，从事商品合规工作5年以上，有电商国际法务合规经验更佳；

岗位职责： 1、负责解读、跟进全球商品的安全法律法规，建知识库，开展内外部合规培训，完善全球产品的合规管控； 2、搭建商品合规的管理流程和审核机制，协同法务、治理、业务等部门保障合规落地，对商品合规性负责； 3、统筹跟进商品合规的项目、问题等并识别风险，对合规相关问题分析、解决闭环处理(如舆情、外部抽查等)； 4、沉淀商品合规管控的经验与能力，持续优化，并赋能团队合规建设(如标签法规、产品认证标准等）。
1、负责欧美法规及质量检验标准的制定、解读、维护、更新； 2、熟悉欧美日韩化妆品，母婴，电器等相关法规要求，熟悉测试标准、测试设备跟测试流程； 3、能讲解法规、能根据法规评估产品适用的强制标准且能独自审核法规报告的真实性；

What to expect At Tesla Engineering China in Shanghai, we’re building the future of sustainable energy by developing innovative power electronics for energy storage and vehicle charging systems. Join our team to collaborate across different engineering areas, solve meaningful challenges creatively and transfer concepts from initial design, through prototyping and testing into real-world solutions. In this role, you will be at the forefront of market access and surveillance for the China / APAC region. You will not only launch cutting-edge sustainable energy technology by compliance testing in China / APAC but also navigate the complex landscape of China / APAC standards to secure Tesla’s products launch in the future. Role and Responsibilities · Plan, set up, and execute hands-on validation and compliance tests on Tesla energy products in our Shanghai laboratory. · Develop detailed test plans, meticulously document test procedures and results, and author comprehensive technical reports for internal and external stakeholders. Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues discovered during testing, collaborating with design engineers to find solutions. · Clearly communicate test outcomes, key findings, and project status to engineering and management teams. · Prepare and configure Power Conversion Systems for external testing and provide on-site technical support at third-party labs to validate PCS performance, safety, EMC and grid connection interoperability. · Represent the company in key standards development organizations (e.g., GB/T, IEC, CENELEC) and industry associations to actively shape future technical regulations. · Lead and manage local / global certification projects for Tesla's Energy products, including battery storage and grid-interface systems.
1.根据监管要求及信息安全相关法律法规，开展内部自查，发现并推进整改，消除合规风险； 2.将法规要求结合公司的业务情况，沉淀为内部技术要求，与相关部门协作并推进落地； 3.建立与业务团队良好的沟通协作机制，为业务部门提供合规的技术支持工作，支持各类数据和隐私相关监管审查和认证，负责网络安全方面的专项迎检工作； 4.推动数据安全以及云关键基础设施的合规认证，推动流程规范、技术体系、风险评估与跟踪、风险治理等要求的落地执行。
