任职要求
1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，1年以上算法工程开发经验； 2、具备良好的编程能力，熟练掌握C++或java或python，熟悉网络编程、Linux系统，有扎实的数据结构和算法基础； 3、对深度学习领域有一定的涉猎，熟悉至少一种主流深度学习框架（tensorflow，pytorch，caffe，mxnet等）； 4、对后台服务性能优化、系统设计有一定的理解。
工作职责
1、负责图像、NLP等场景AI项目在线服务部署和后端服务开发； 2、同AI算法工程师深度合作，分析推理模型性能瓶颈，在模型/框架层面软硬件结合优化，实现性能提升，满足业务需求； 3、深度学习框架性能优化，包括算子优化，图优化等通用优化，和硬件相关的优化，持续提升推理框架性能。
