Lilith Games is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic player-focused community manager to develop and grow the community. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret how communications, content, social media, memes, moderation, influencer relationships converge with each other. The community manager will be expected to craft well-thought community plans that can cohesively bring out all of the above elements and simultaneously be able to connect and shape the community. Responsibilities - Recognize, Understand, and Manage Community Sentiment. - Create compelling product communications such as developer feedback and sentiment summary report. - Build relationship with the community, and maintain communication with the player base. - Ensure player feedback loops with players and developers, providing accurate reporting on community sentiment, concerns and suggestions. - Manage content strategy and related player-facing communications, including responding to active engagement on community channels. - Ensure professional moderation on community channels through recruiting and managing moderators.

1、Community Engagement & Growth Manage and grow our presence on key overseas social media platforms (e.g. Discord, X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram). Engage directly with players to build trust, identify needs, and drive community bonding through campaigns and discussions. 2、Content & Communication Support the creation of high-quality community content (videos, memes, announcements, events, guides etc). Understand and apply overseas content trends to enhance engagement and relevance. Collaborate with product teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone across platforms. 3、Player Insights & Localization Understand the cultural and behavioral differences across various overseas regions and audiences. Monitor and report on player sentiment and major community topics. Act as the voice of the player internally, advocating for their perspectives and experiences. Provide localized feedback and recommendations for game features, content, and community initiatives. 4、Creator Collaboration Support or manage creator program initiatives. Understand how influencer marketing works and collaborate with content creators to amplify community reach. 5、Project Ownership Drive or contribute to community events, creator campaigns, in-game engagement initiatives, and sentiment management plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on content schedules, priorities, and player-facing communications.
