工作职责
1、负责准确、及时地执行各类资产的投资交易，并与相关合作机构进行账户管理、日常交易对接、合同材料处理及结算对账等运营协调工作； 2、处理资金调度与划拨指令，管理交易台账，确保资金流转高效、记录完整准确、全程可追溯； 3、负责投资组合资产净值的计算与核对，定期完成资产估值并编制估值表与持仓报告，确保估值方法合理、数据准确可靠； 4、维护和更新投资管理数据库，定期编制持仓、绩效及风险监控等运营报告，响应投资相关的数据查询与分析需求，为投资决策提供支持； 5、监控投资组合的各项风险指标，及时发现并报告异常情况。
1、Monitor key performance indicators of invested companies and conduct performance analyses, including collecting and analyzing operational and financial data, and provide performance improvement recommendations for selected companies 2、Support the deal team to manage the invested companies, including making daily management decisions, supporting communication, keeping documentation and helping with other related activities 3、Coordinate value-added service demands from the invested companies and connect them with the value-added service teams in Tencent 4、Conduct analyses of macro economy and related industry to identify new investment opportunities and support investment decisions

1.负责支持大数据挖掘及分析，理解业务方的数据需求，支撑面向投融资业务的数据追踪、挖掘及分析产品， 包括： (1)根据部门对行业和目标公司的分析需求发现和对接公司内外部数据库，并持续探索有价值的另类数据源，并实现数据获取及价值挖掘 (2)基于多种数据模型及多源数据，支持投前和投后工作基础的内外部数据分析需求 2.参与数据分析平台设计及搭建，支持数据对接、数据导入、ETL开发、BI报表搭建及报告输出，并不断完善数据分析相关工具 ，包括： (1)发现高质量数据源，并实现独立常态化数据获取，包括另类数据/非结构化数据 (2)设计及搭建赛道维度的数据体系，通过api数据对接等方式实现数据批量入库 (3)参与数据中台架构设计，整合结构化与非结构化数据，建立统一数据仓库与ID映射体系，实现跨系统数据融合 (4)设计RESTful/GraphQL 等API接口，支持内外部系统数据调用，封装机器学习等模型为可扩展服务、搭建前端网页，设计并落地可复用数据产品 (5)针对高价值数据实现常态化、自动化的数据监控，搭建BI看板及实现月报输出
1.参与腾讯集团整体投后管理体系的搭建、迭代、落地与追踪； 2.支持部门的业务管理和战略管理工作，如目标制定和总结、关键业绩和管理指标的分析和跟进、相关报告和文件编制等； 3.监控投资公司关键业绩指标，对投资公司业绩表现进行分析和报告，建议并跟进后续改善举措； 4.在领导带领下，以团队的形式，对选定的投资公司开展管理和运营提升项目，包括： （1）行业研究、数据分析和策略制定； （2）在需要的情况下，推动改进方案的落地和实施； （3）在需要的情况下，对接腾讯内部和/或生态圈资源，为投资公司提供更多助力。
