The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in the finance department by ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting and tax filing in a timely manner, assisting in financial analysis and auditing, and contributing to the overall financial health of the corporation. 1. Accounting Operations: - Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and fixed asset management; - Monitor and review financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed; - Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping. 2. Financial Reporting: - Prepare and review financial statements and ensure they are accurate and in compliance with GAAP and local regulations. - Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely delivery of required documents. 3. Tax Compliance: - Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including IRAS Corporate Tax, GST submission, and other statutory filings. 4. Internal Controls: - Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to strengthen internal controls and mitigate financial risks; - Evaluate and improve internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with company policies; 5. Systems and Processes: - Work with IT and other stakeholders to optimize and improve financial systems and processes. 6. Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy; - Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and recommend improvements when necessary. 7. Ad-Hoc Duties: - Perform any additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.
Responsibilities - Work with the Overseas Public Relations Lead, international stakeholders, and third-party vendors/partners to develop and execute PR campaigns to support business-centric objectives for MOONTON Games and its products in Overseas regions (i.e., global sans China). These comprise Corporate Reputation (e.g., thought leadership, government relations), Publishing (e.g., live operations, product launches), and Esports (e.g., owned and third-party tournaments). - Own and lead Public Relations strategy and execution in Malaysia, ensuring consistent, culturally resonant narratives that support MOONTON Games' Corporate, Publishing, and Esports efforts in the market. - Foster collaborative relationships across internal teams to effectively communicate MOONTON Games' corporate, brand, and product narratives to external audiences spanning B2C, B2B, and B2G audience segments. - Cultivate meaningful relationships with media, KOLs, and industry stakeholders in key markets, spanning mainstream and trades (primarily in esports, gaming, sports, lifestyle, and technology), across traditional and digital formats. - Manage issues and crises effectively by employing proactive measures and responsive action in line with internal protocols, alongside being a trusted voice for communications counsel for internal decision-makers. - Develop public relations materials and content, including press releases, briefing documents, strategic messaging etc., with a strong focus on storytelling. - Operate data and data management tools to inform strategy, monitor external sentiment, evaluate PR results, and quantify impact.

Objective: The Production & Logistics Manager will lead and manage all aspects of post-booking stage of event planning and execution. This includes coordinating all event with vendor/agency related services including event management, logistic operations, set-up, equipment service, and production logistics. Additionally, the Production & Logistic Manager is responsible for gathering and disseminating all event-related information to various departments throughout the arena including facilities, production, and broadcast production related systems. Core Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the event operations by vendor/agency, including game-day and non-game day related event setups and activities. - Maintain and develop relationships with a wide variety of vendors and suppliers. - Coordinate the relationship and productivity of Stagehands, rigging, and other labor contractors. - Work with various arena and team departments to meet event staffing and production needs. - Assist in planning and executing event-related expenses and budgets. - Coordinate floor plans for events based on building safety code. Secure proper permits for events. Ensure compliance with all applicable fire, building, and safety codes. - Prepare supporting documentation including event notes, expense estimates, and post notes. - Manage the department budget, including Operating, Maintenance, and Capital Projects as related to production services. - Monitor stagehands, riggers, and other event-related contract event personnel. - Maintain and develop relationships with event support vendors and rental houses that provide services for event-related activities. - Execute Production Meetings with various arena and tenant departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of event information. - Manage arena-related broadcast, production, and technical setup aspects.
THE ROLE As a Regulation engineer, you will overall be responsible for Tesla China market product regulations regarding General Safety, Passive safety, Electric safety etc. Collect, interpret, deliver the involved technical standards and requirements to provide comprehensive and highly efficient product compliance service for various stakeholders incl. Engineering and service center. RESPONSIBILITIES • Attend the working groups meeting, ensure the company's interest can be reflected reasonably, and deliver the interpreted information to the company for safety, EMC etc. areas. • Leading product compliance review. • Analyze and create important report to support management decision making. • Lead un-regulated topics clarification with different authorities.
