Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with demonstrated esports/gaming immersion strongly encouraged
- Strong understanding of MLBB and the competitive esports landscape — you understand the product, the scene, and fandom, not just marketing theory. 
- Strong communication and relationship instincts; comfortable being the youngest person in a room of team owners, talent, and partners.
- Strong analytical foundation — comfortable turning campaign and viewership data into actionable insights.
- Language: professional fluency in English required. Fluency in an additional SEA language (Thai, Khmer, Burmese, Vietnamese, Laos, Bahasa) is a strong advantage, particularly for the Mekong cluster.
