Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience; fresh graduates with demonstrated esports/gaming immersion strongly encouraged
- Genuine literacy in MLBB and the competitive esports landsecape-youunderstand the product, the scene, and fandom, not just marketing theory. 
- Strong communication and relationship instincts; comfortable being theyoungest person in a room of team owners, talent, and partners.
- Analytical baseline - comfortable turning campaign and viewership data into a point of view.
- Language: professional fluency in English required. Fluency in an addittional SEA language (Thai, Khmer Burmese, Vietnamese, Lao, Bahasa) is a strong advantage-particularly for the Mekong cluster.
