任职要求
1、计算机基础扎实，熟悉常用数据结构和算法，具备较强的逻辑思维能力； 2、熟练掌握Java基础，熟悉Java多线程、网络通信，了解系统调优； 3、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息队列、负载均衡等机制和实现原理； 4、熟悉常用的设计模式，熟悉主流应用框架，如SpringBoot、Maven等； 5、良好的学习能力、团队协作能力和沟通能力，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题。 具备以下条件优先 1、有大模型应用后端开发经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责服务端技术方案设计、功能模块开发，细化拆解业务需求并实施； 2、参与产品规划、性能优化、故障排查、解决线上问题； 3、按照项目计划，按时提交高质量代码，完成开发任务。
