任职要求
1、三年以上銷售經驗，兩年以上銷售管理經驗，有互聯網、充電寶銷售經驗者優先。 2、熟悉本地市場，有行業客戶的資源者優先考慮。 3、具備強烈的企圖心、敬業精神，願意挑戰自我，能承受工作壓力。 4、符合美團價值觀（以客戶為中心、追求卓越）。 5、適應互聯網行業快速發展，精力充沛，具備在壓力下出色完成任務的能力。 1. More than 3 years of sales experience and more than 2 years of sales management experience. Those with experience in Internet and power bank sales are preferred. 2. Familiar with the local market. Those with industry customer resources are preferred. 3. Have a strong sense of ambition and dedication, be willing to challenge oneself and be able to withstand work pressure. 4. Conform to the values of Meituan (customer-centered, pursuit of excellence). 5. 工作职责
1、負責團隊的組建及培養，包括招聘、培訓、任務分配及業務指導。 2、負責制定團隊管理制度及工作標準。 3、根據業務戰略，與商戶建立並維護高價值合作關係。 4、熟練掌握公司業務知識，敏銳捕捉業務特色，指導或幫助下屬進行商務合作，帶領團隊出色完成公司下達的銷售指標。 1.
