任职要求
- 有良好的逻辑思维，有独立解决问题的能力，具备沟通和抽象能力 - 熟悉SQL和Python 具备以下条件优先 本岗位是项目实习生，比较推荐无转正需求（例如大二，大四，研一）的同学投递。 - 有过数据RD的实习经历； - 实习时间长且能够快速入职； - 机器学习顶会论文发表经历（e.g. NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR/ICCV/CoRL, etc）； - 使用机器学习算法做Behavior-Modeling和Sequential-Decision-Making的相关经验（e.g. 模仿学习/强化学习/行为轨迹预测）； - 大语言/视觉模型相关经验；
工作职责
以下岗位职责的任意一种 1. 负责开发迭代无人车评测体系，基于评测体系给出功能迭代的评测结果，归纳总结无人车规划控制能力迭代的方向 2. 负责无人车的评测数据集构建，调整判别器口径，进一步提升评测准确率 3. 负责设计验证ML-based决策规划算法，提升自动车在复杂场景中的行为泛化性和拟人性；
