工作职责
1. 负责B面业务的平台基建方向的业务研发工作,包括游戏、小说等业务所依赖的基础组件、管理平台、商业化能力建设,保障各业务需求功能的实现和业务目标的达成; 2. 负责后端架构设计、性能优化、核心代码编写,保障系统的稳定性和高可用; 3. 结合业务发展节奏,制定合理的技术规划,并主导系统设计和落地; 4. 跨BG、BU协同,推进方案落地,指导团队内初级同学;
