任职要求 1. 计算机、数学、统计相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上算法岗工作经验，具备扎实的机器学习/深度学习理论基础，熟练掌握 Python 及主流 ML 框架； 2. 熟悉 LLM 基本原理与发展路径，对 Prompt Engineering、RAG、Function Calling 等基础能力有实际应用经验； 3. 对 Agent 框架设计有较好理解，熟悉 ReAct、CoT、Tool Use 等范式，能将复杂业务目标拆解为 Agent 可执行任务，有感知-决策-执行闭环的工程实践； 4. 在大模型应用、AutoResearch、Agent 系统设计中至少一个方向有完整项目经历，并取得显著业务收益；…
