任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上JAVA工作经验； 2、深刻理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础； 3、有扎实的编程能力，有良好的代码及系统设计品味； 4、有良好的设计能力及抽象能力，掌握领域建模思想； 5、熟悉mysql、redis、消息队列、RPC框架等常用中间件、组件，并了解一定的设计理念及原理； 6、学习能力强，具备良好的分析解决问题能力，及较完善的逻辑思维框架； 7、具备较好的沟通协作能力，能够承担任务并积极推动落地。 具备以下条件优先 1、有高并发服务设计和实现经验优先； 2、有物流相关领域经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责履约平台运单系统建设，深入理解即时配送业务，技术驱动，能够围绕业务、技术的长短期规划，设计合理的技术选型并推动项目落地实施； 2、具备良好的业务建模能力和抽象思维，有良好的行业视野，能够通过分析定义问题并给出解决方案； 3、具备良好的沟通协作能力，擅长与合作伙伴沟通交流、跨团队协作； 4、乐于面对挑战，追求卓越，有较强的责任心和深入思考的能力。
