工作职责
目标及预算管理 1. 与C端负责人及各部门负责人紧密合作,搭建C端输入输出指标体系,结合公司整体目标,拆解C端相应的输出及输入指标的目标 2.基于目标,制定C端整体预算及各部门的预算,搭建一套预算使用监控体系 经营分析 1. 开展周期性指标达成监控及预算完成度监控,定位问题 2. 评估目标达成进度,预算消耗水平及预算使用效率,及时预警,并开展下钻分析,定位根因 3. 基于分析及各方输入,及时调整预算使用规划 Target and Budget Management 1.Work closely with the B2C lead and department heads to establish a comprehensive set of input-output KPIs for the B2C business. Align these KPIs with overall company goals and break them down into corresponding targets for each team. 2. Based on the defined targets, develop the overall B2C budget and allocate budgets for each department. Build a monitoring system to track budget utilization and ensure effective oversight. Business Performance Analysis 1. Conduct regular monitoring of KPI achievement and budget execution to identify performance issues. 2. Evaluate progress toward goals, budget consumption levels, and spending efficiency. Provide timely alerts and perform deep-dive analyses to identify root causes. 3. Based on analysis and input from relevant stakeholders, make timely adjustments to budget utilization plans.
1、围绕用户侧业务目标,管理指标体系,建立并持续迭代周度、月度经营监控管理体系及预算管理机制,推动目标达成。 2、针对重点业务难题通过数据分析、用户调研、市场研究等多种方式,开展专题研究,并产出策略建议。 3、协同运营团队针对日常用户侧补贴、活动、流量等运营策略进行专项分析、实验设计、效果评估,推进业务策略落地及优化。 4、管理与统筹用户侧各类数据产品需求,例如数据提取、看板搭建、标签挖掘,协同产研团队落实实施计划,把控上线风险
1、从0-1深度参与智能策略能力建设。结合区域市场特点总结业务问题及解决方案,协同算法和产品团队,推进智能补贴产品能力的持续建设与迭代。 2、参与日常经营分析、策略分析与预算规划。输出定期经营分析报告与策略复盘,及时发现及定位问题,围绕目标进行输出业务规划。 3、策略架构设计与日常策略优化。基于城市供需结构、运力效率、价格弹性等因素,制定差异化补贴策略。基于实验效果的评估,优化补贴策略,提升策略ROI。 4、协同各方保证策略顺利落地。

Key tasks include but are not limited to: 1.Conduct in-depth analysis of core business drivers based on user-side objectives and analytical frameworks, identify critical business issues, and provide actionable strategic recommendations for operational improvements. 2.Participate in setting monthly planning goals and subsidy strategies, monitor and evaluate execution effectiveness, and drive business goal attainment. 3.Lead specialized analyses on business opportunities, deliver insightful reports to iterate organizational understanding and support decision-making.
