1. Responsible for preparing and reviewing the financial statements of Brazil entities in accordance with IFRSs, local disclosure requirements and other laws and regulations in Brazil. Execute and continuously optimize the methodology of quality control to ensue the accurate and complete reflection of financial conditions and operating results. 2. Ongoing monitoring of monthly financial results at the entity level, identifying issues and preventing compliance risks by performing comprehensive financial statement analysis and reconciliations. Providing remediation suggestions and drive other departments to take actions when necessary. 3. Responsible for facilitating the statutory audit of Brazil entities and on-time issuance of audit reports by audit firms, coordinating with both local and Group auditors as well as multiple internal departments to control the progress and quality of the audit. Participate in discussions regarding key accounting and auditing issues, ensuring compliance with local regulations and consistency with Group policy. 4. Collaborate closely with accounting, treasury, tax, legal and other internal teams, and identify and promote opportunities for mutual goals.

1.Partnership Management: Manage and maintain Trip.com’s relationships with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches. Optimize distirbution policies and strategy to enhance the sales goal of the company. 2.Business Negotiations: Lead the team handling business negotiations with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches including procurement, formulation of operational rules, implementation of cooperation plans, and maintaining customer relationships. Ensure team's KPI & OKR indicators proceed smoothly. 3.Cross-Department Collaboration: Assist the company's finance, product, technology, and service teams in streamlining processes with clients and facilitating communication. Ensure a full-cycle integration in product distribution, operational service system construction, and financial processes. 4.Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data from partners on a regular basis. Maintain receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. 3. Communicate closely with internal and external warehouse customers, report to management and to group internal stakeholders 4. Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. 5. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. 6. Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts including automated sorting machinery; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. 7. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions, report to Management 8. Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 9. Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 10. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 11. Contribute to North America BU level projects with the certain effort as needed.
1.Business Support & Financial Analysis : Act as a strategic partner to business teams by deeply understanding the operating model, delivering regular P&L, cost, and profitability analysis, and supporting sustainable financial growth. 2.Decision Support:Provide data-driven insights and financial modeling for key initiatives such as new projects, pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and cost optimization, enabling informed and timely business decisions. 3.Management Reporting & Performance Tracking:Actively engage in budget, forecasting, and planning processes to ensure alignment between business strategies and financials; Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports and KPI dashboards to management, offering actionable insights that support goal achievement and performance accountability. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with functions such as PD, Tax, HR, Legal, and accounting to ensure compliance and drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.
