工作职责
1. Responsible for preparing and reviewing the financial statements of Brazil entities in accordance with IFRSs, local disclosure requirements and other laws and regulations in Brazil. Execute and continuously optimize the methodology of quality control to ensue the accurate and complete reflection of financial conditions and operating results. 2. Ongoing monitoring of monthly financial results at the entity level, identifying issues and preventing compliance risks by performing comprehensive financial statement analysis and reconciliations. Providing remediation suggestions and drive other departments to take actions when necessary. 3. Responsible for facilitating the statutory audit of Brazil entities and on-time issuance of audit reports by audit firms, coordinating with both local and Group auditors as well as multiple internal departments to control the progress and quality of the audit. Participate in discussions regarding key accounting and auditing issues, ensuring compliance with local regulations and consistency with Group policy. 4. Collaborate closely with accounting, treasury, tax, legal and other internal teams, and identify and promote opportunities for mutual goals.

Job Specification This role is required to operate with a strong commercial focus ensuring alignment to the Bank’s business objectives while adhering to the Bank’s control principles at all times. The successful candidate will lead the KYC Operations team in Singapore, be the accountable service owner for all KYC-related activities, including onboarding, customer outreach, periodic and event trigger review and customer exits. Reporting directly into the Head of Customer Service & KYC Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing the strategic direction of KYC Operations function in supporting the bank’s expanding business. On a day-to-day level, the successful candidate will work closely with AML, Risk, Legal, Business and Tech teams to ensure consistency of service and ensure best practice is applied. Core Responsibilities and Accountability Support the Bank’s expansion strategy end-to-end by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization Build the systems, processes and people in KYC Operations, defining and executing a runway of activities to achieve the target operating model Drive continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end customer lifecycle management activities to deliver a high and consistent standard of service Provide KYC-related activities in line with agreed OKRs, SLAs and KPIs – management and oversight of the local and offshore teams completing the work, providing guidance and training where applicable Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding regulations, requirements and processes for new customer account and/or new product setup in existing or new markets, including KYC, regulatory classifications e.g. FATCA/CRS, etc Drive the talent agenda by hiring and developing a highly-proficient team of customer-facing KYC specialists Leadership & Teamwork Motivate, lead and develop the KYC Operations team, elevating the standards of the team in supporting the bank’s business Act as a thought leader in the long-term strategy and future expansion of the KYC Operations function in relation to the bank’s business strategy and industry development Advocate focus in customer experience at the heart of the team’s operations Champion agile ways of working across the team and the bank Ability to identify and break down complex problems, and work with various stakeholders in implementing optimal solutions with strategic intent Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including AML, Risk, Business, Tech and Operations teams
· Daily responsibilities on entities wise transactional and account level reconciliation on banks and acquirers, investigate and resolve on settlement discrepancies, working closely with customer service on case handling, other supporting functions including but not limited to chargeback, refund, and wallet withdrawal. · Daily monitoring on incoming fund and ensuring sufficient liquidity, on time settlement and remittance to merchants, compliance to safeguarding requirement. · Proper documentation of the responsible entities’ process and SOP, monthly reporting or whenever required to on regulatory, financial, MDR and CFTB. · Review and align on the operational process, perform analysis and identify area of improvement on system enhancement, process excellence, revise SOP etc. ensuring operation is compliance with country regulation. · Cross departments collaboration with business, technology, product and so on to support new project and new channel going LIVE.
1. Responsible for the daily operation of product tool systems, including financial reconciliation, API merchant onboarding, material management, and handling exceptions. 2. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting product operation data to provide data support for product optimization. 3. Participate in the formulation and execution of product operation strategies to drive the achievement of product operation goals. 4. Collaborate closely with the technical team to assist in resolving technical issues in product operations. 5. Participate in optimizing product user experience to enhance user satisfaction.
