流量资源位运营 1. 负责站内各类流量资源位(如 Banner、金刚位、feeds流等)的整体策略制定与日常运营; 2. 协同产品、内容、设计等团队,推动资源位内容策划与落地,提升曝光效率与点击转化; 3. 通过AB实验、点击率分析等手段,持续优化资源使用效率,实现流量ROI最大化。 自有流量工具探索与运营 1. 搭建并运营裂变、助力、推荐等多样化自增长工具,提升平台自有流量获取能力; 2. 制定不同用户场景下的触达链路和激励机制,驱动用户参与转发、邀请等行为; 3. 分析工具使用数据,识别增长瓶颈,持续迭代产品功能与运营策略 数据分析与效果评估 1. 建立流量分发与转化效果的核心指标体系,进行实时监控与效果归因分析; 2. 定期输出策略执行效果、关键资源位表现、用户行为趋势等分析报告; 3. 基于数据洞察,提出流量调度优化建议,并形成标准化策略沉淀 Traffic Resource Management 1. Responsible for the overall strategy and daily operation of various in-platform traffic resources (e.g., banners, prime positions, feed streams, etc.). 2. Collaborate with product, content, design, and other teams to drive content planning and execution for resource positions, improving exposure efficiency and click-through conversion. 3. Continuously optimize resource usage efficiency and maximize traffic ROI through methods such as A/B testing and click-through rate analysis. Self-Owned Traffic Tools Exploration and Operation 1. Build and operate a variety of self-growth tools such as viral growth, incentives, and recommendations to enhance the platform's ability to acquire its own traffic. 2. Develop user engagement pathways and incentive mechanisms for different user scenarios, driving actions such as sharing, inviting, and forwarding. 3. Analyze tool usage data to identify growth bottlenecks and continuously iterate on product features and operational strategies. Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation 1. Establish a core metrics system for traffic distribution and conversion performance, conducting real-time monitoring and attribution analysis. 2. Regularly produce analysis reports on strategy execution, key resource position performance, and user behavior trends. 3. Provide traffic scheduling optimization recommendations based on data insights, and standardize strategies for continuous improvement.
1、服务于新市场用户场景心智份额的抢夺,制定用户运营计划,为场景订单渗透负责,运营手段包括但不限于品类运营、场景运营、营销玩法; 2、通过行业分析和用户需求识别,发现运营机会点,探索适配本地市场的创新活动玩法,推动相关营销产品工具的功能更新与迭代; 3、负责营销活动的效果跟踪和分析迭代,及时调整活动运营策略,保障核心指标达成; 4、把控和产出富有洞察的营销创意,实践更多品效合一的打法和爆款案例; 5、协调市场、B端、配送、产品资源,高效落地执行,为项目执行结果负责。 1.Develop user frequency operation strategies, and oversee the order penetration in these scenarios. Our operational tactics are diverse and include, but are not limited to, category campaign, scenario operation, and marketing game play; 2.Identify operation opportunities through market analysis and user demand identification, devise innovative marketing strategies tailored to the local market, and continually update and improve our marketing tools; 3.Track and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, adjusting our operational strategies as needed to ensure meeting our key target; 4.Generate insightful marketing ideas, and create popular case studies; 5.Coordinate with Marketing, B-end, D-end, and product teams to ensure efficient implementation and take responsibility for the outcomes of our projects.
1、负责Keeta多国首页流量机制建设与运营,制定流量体系建设的规划和目标,通过机制和项目确保多国流量资源利用充分、首页分发和转化效率最大化。建设和维护流量分析体系,提供准确的流量数据和分析报告,为业务决策提供支持。 2、有效通过用户调研、访谈等方式,科学分析多国用户消费偏好,设计需求、场景、品类分层和对应承接策略,提升全景用户需求满足度和满足效率,探索更多激发用户弹性需求的方式,提升Keeta用户的选购体验。 3、和多国业务团队建立良好互信的协作关系,管理与统筹多国流量端需求,提供科学合理的前置评估。独立完成运营方案设计,协调产品、研发、其他业务部门等各方资源,推进上线。通过敏捷AB实验和数据分析,快速拿到认知,持续进行策略迭代。 4、对行业动态、业界标杆平台、海外产品趋势保持关注,深入理解其产品功能迭代的表层考量和底层逻辑,为产品优化和创新提供指导。
