任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、机器学习、深度学习、通信工程、电子工程、自动化等相关专业。 2.熟练掌握SQL、Python，熟悉常用机器学习算法。 3.3年以上内容安全从业经验，熟悉审核全链路。 4.有大模型、Agent在垂直领域应用经验者优先。 5.了解TensorFlow/Pytorch/ONNX等至少一个框架的底层实现者优先。 6.负责过复杂内容安全问题解决方案者优先。
工作职责
1.负责建设内容安全策略防控体系，设计贴合业务的解决方案，平衡业务影响的前提下，保障内容安全生态健康。 2.负责建设内容安全算法能力，持续供给有害内容识别算子并持续运营，为解决方案提供支持。 3.推动内安内容理解策略算法能力建设，将内安标准标签拆解为可解释、可复用的识别算子并持续运营。 4.负责推进大语言模型、Agent在内容安全审核与运营工作中应用，协同产研改造审核链路，探索新工作范式并持续运营。
