任职要求
1、大学本科以上学历，具备扎实的编程基础和数据结构算法基础，优秀的编程能力和问题解决能力； 2、3年以上分布式系统开发经验，具备业务核心系统或高并发系统项目开发经验； 3、精通Java及面向对象设计开发，深入理解面向服务的架构，精通微服务开发，掌握Linux/MySQL/NoSQL核心原理等； 4、精通主流Java相关中间件，热爱技术，喜欢钻研技术； 5、喜欢钻研，对业务、产品和技术都有浓厚的兴趣，对技术驱动业务有强烈的激情；勤于思考总结，结果导向； 6、善于交流，有良好的团队合作精神和协调沟通能力，有与产品、前端、移动端等多方密切配合的经验和意识。 具备以下条件优先 1）有良好的工程架构sense，对设计原则、设计模式、稳定性等有自己的理解
工作职责
1、负责服务端技术方案设计、需求把控及核心功能开发，细化拆解业务需求并实施； 2、参与产品架构规划设计、性能优化、故障排查和解决线上问题等工作； 3、积极参与技术分享，技术学习，促进团队成员进步提升； 4、协调驱动业务团队间的配合协作，能通过目标驱动任务达成； 5、主导技术难题攻关，持续提升核心系统在高并发、海量请求数下的高处理性能，保证系统的安全、稳定、快速运行； 6、技术驱动业务，推动业务&产品持续进步。
