- 本科及以上学历，3年以上中⼤型项⽬开发经验； - 精通至少一种后端编程语言，如Go，Java，熟练使用python； - 熟悉linux开发环境，精通常用数据结构和算法； - 熟练使用mysql、redis、kafka等，对缓存、队列、存储、容器等服务端技术有丰富使用经验； - 熟悉常⽤的系统开发、⾼可⽤及性能优化的解决⽅案; - 拥有良好的代码习惯、结构清晰、命名规范、逻辑性强、代码冗余率低; - 具有良好的分析问题解决问题能力, 并有⼀定的抗压和良好的团队合作能⼒。 具备以下条件优先 - 有原生ai项目开发经验者优先；
工作职责
- 负责AI原生应用App的服务研发工作，负责服务端的设计、开发和维护，确保软件质量和稳定性 - 根据产品需求主导完成技术系统的设计与开发 - 参与系统架构设计及优化，提升系统性能和效率，保证系统服务高并发高可靠 - 负责相应技术方向的难点攻关、前瞻研究，通过技术研究和创新，推动业务的快速发展和高效迭代
