L1 SOC monitoring (24x7 shift basis) ● L1 SOC monitoring of security alerts 24x7 utilising SIEM, EDR tools, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS) ● Analyse logs, network traffic, end point data or other source logs to identify suspicious activity or indicators of compromise (IoCs). ● Triage and prioritize alerts based on severity, impact, and organizational risk, and perform required escalations and mitigations Incident response ● Perform containment and mitigation actions for incidents. Escalate confirmed or high-risk incidents to L2/L3 analysts or incident response teams. ● Collate required information to complete incident documentation and report if necessary. Governance ● To support the Security GRC team during regulatory inspection, external audit, customer queries, security certificate programs, and internal audit projects to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements. ● Perform due diligence to assess the information security posture of our third parties ● Support in any on-site assessments of our third party / outsourced parties Vulnerability & threat intelligence: ● Stay updated on emerging threats through threat intelligence

Product Testing, Procurement, and System Integration Validate local products based on headquarters' architecture standards and execute procurement and device purchases. Collaborate with headquarters and local service providers for the purchase, installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment and low-voltage systems. Manage system integration projects to ensure solutions align with headquarters' technical requirements and optimize execution according to local needs. IT Infrastructure and Network Management Develop and implement localized IT solutions, ensuring maintenance and operations align with headquarters standards. Monitor office network quality using headquarters' tools, gather user feedback, and implement improvements. Track, manage, and inventory local IT infrastructure resources, resolve application issues, and ensure infrastructure integrity. Service Management and Coordination Manage onsite services including desktop operations, IT asset management, and maintenance of public IT services. Coordinate local service provider resources for rapid problem resolution and efficient use of personnel and equipment. Manage service SLAs, track performance, drive improvement projects, and ensure delivery quality. Standard Procedures, Reporting, and Team Management Provide standard operating procedures and documentation support, regularly report progress on localized solutions to headquarters. Understand onsite service needs through employee interviews and ticket analysis, continuously improve IT service and product experiences. Manage service providers and team members, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and personnel development.

1. Ensure compliance with the IT architecture standards set by the headquarters, conducting testing and validation of local products to meet these standards. Oversee the procurement process and complete equipment purchases. 2. Work in coordination with the headquarters IT architecture team and local service providers to facilitate the procurement, installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment and low-voltage systems (such as video surveillance, access control, cabinets, cables, etc.). 3. Manage local system integration projects to ensure that solutions based on headquarters' technical requirements are effectively implemented and tailored to meet local needs. 4. Take charge of creating and implementing localized IT solutions, which include the maintenance and operation of IT infrastructure, while ensuring alignment with headquarters standards. 5. Monitor the performance of regional office networks using tools provided by headquarters IT, gather user feedback, and develop and implement improvement measures based on this input. 6. Oversee the management, tracking, and inventory of local IT infrastructure resources (including equipment records, supplier relationships, etc.), address local issues, and ensure the integrity of the IT infrastructure. 7. Coordinate with local service providers in Saudi Arabia to expedite problem resolution and ensure the efficient allocation of service provider resources. 8.Provide support in creating standard operating procedures and documentation, and maintain regular communication with the headquarters IT team regarding the progress of localization solution implementations.

Collaborate with the headquarters IT architecture team and local service providers to complete the purchases, installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment and low-voltage systems (e.g. CCTV, access control systems, racks, and cabling). Manage local system integration projects to ensure effective implementation of solutions as guided by headquarters' technical requirements, while optimizing execution according to local needs. Develop and implement localized IT solutions. Ensure IT infrastructure maintenance and operations align with headquarters standards. Monitor the quality of office network using tools provided by headquarters IT, gather user feedback, and design and implement corresponding improvements. Track, manage, and Inventory local IT infrastructure resources (including equipment inventories and supplier collaboration) and resolve local application and service issues, and ensure the integrity of IT infrastructure. Coordinate local service provider resources to ensure rapid problem resolution and efficient use of personnel, equipment, and time to meet project needs effectively. Provide standard operating procedures and documentation support, regularly reporting progress on localized solutions to headquarters.
