任职要求
1. 本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业，Java基础知识扎实，有良好的计算机相关专业基础、算法和工程能力； 2. 熟练掌握Java后台开发框架SpringBoot和MySQL、Redis、Doris等常用存储计算中间件； 3. 对离线计算Spark，实时计算Flink等大数据计算引擎有原理性理解和基本的使用能力； 4. 自驱力强，具有很强的新技术学习能力和好奇心，能敏锐的发现业务痛点并不断迭代技术能力； 5. 善于交流，有良好的团队合作精神和协调沟通能力，有与产品、业务等多方密切配合的经验和意识。 具备以下条件优先 有用户行为分析系统开发经验者优先。
工作职责
1. 负责万亿流量下，大规模、多渠道用户行为的路径、转化、留存、探查分析系统能力建设，设计可扩展的服务架构，优化性能和稳定性； 2. 对用户行为分析产品的核心模块进行系统性思考，抽象通用能力，并有计划的推动产品能力持续迭代； 3. 能够深入理解业务，进行重点难点技术攻关工作，将技术实现与业务场景联系起来，快速解决业务需求问题； 4. 不断探索用户行为分析的场景能力，与全公司各业务上下游合作构建丰富的行为分析应用生态，推动技术能力进步和技术氛围的建设。
