任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年以上 Java 后端开发经验，具备扎实的计算机基础； 2、精通 Java 编程语言，理解 JVM 工作机制，具备扎实的多线程、IO、网络编程能力； 3、熟练掌握 Spring、MyBatis 等主流开源框架，理解微服务架构理念，熟悉常用中间件与第三方库； 4、精通 MySQL 数据库设计与性能优化，熟悉 Redis、Memcached、MongoDB 等常见 NoSQL 组件； 5、掌握面向对象设计原则，熟悉常用数据结构、算法及设计模式，具备良好的代码规范与工程实践； 6、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力与问题分析能力，乐于沟通协作，能够沉淀知识并持续优化工作流程； 7、学习能力强，热爱技术与创新，对互联网技术发展保持持续关注与实践热情。 具备以下条件优先 1、对互联网新技术有浓厚兴趣，具备优秀的学习能力，有深入研究开源项目源码经验者优先； 2、具备高并发、高可用系统的实战经验，或有相关选品、分组等业务系统建设经验者优先； 3、崇尚代码质量，有极客精神与“代码洁癖”，注重可维护性与工程美学者优先。
工作职责
1、参与快驴卖场选品选客、商品同品系统的技术方案设计与功能开发，能够独立完成需求拆解、任务细化与落地实施； 2、与产品经理紧密协作，参与需求评审与制定，推动系统架构设计并高质量交付产品功能； 3、深入理解业务场景，具备良好的抽象建模能力，能够化繁为简，保障系统的可扩展性与稳定性； 4、参与系统性能优化、稳定性建设、故障排查及日常运维工作，持续提升系统健壮性； 5、主动驱动项目进展，具备良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力，推动项目高效落地。
