1.建立并完善配送正向(下单、领取、交接、配送、客户交付)、逆向等配送流程、标准、系统能力,配套配送调度策略优化、载具升级、物资设备迭代等提升运营质量和运营效率 2.识别业务流程关键问题,通过数据分析、策略输出、系统建设、制度优化、流程设计、SOP梳理、闭环运营等,协同一线团队拿到业务结果 3.推进业务良性发展,不断优化运营问题,持续提升运营绩效 4.协同商品、订货、物流及品控等上下游部门进行全链路优化,提升业务效率
1. Responsible for recording abnormal situations during the transportation process on site and reporting them to the supervisor in a timely manner. 2. Kindly co-operate with drivers to load and unload goods correctly to ensure safe and efficient operations. 3. Strictly enforce on-site safety regulations and correct shipping procedures. 4. Maintain timely communication with the warehousing team to ensure that warehouse tasks are completed on time and accurately. 5. Verify the integrity of the goods and check whether the goods on the pallets are reasonably and securely stacked. 6-Guide drivers in proper loading procedures, assist drivers in correctly returning materials to the warehouse, and verify quantities. 7-Properly perform vehicle sealing and unsealing operations to ensure compliance with procedures. 8-Check whether the cargo compartment temperature meets transportation requirements; loading may only proceed after confirmation of compliance. 9-Monitor and supervise on-site drivers' operational behaviour and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Role definition and Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to: (1) Drive Local Strategic Insights: Perform deep-dive market research through frontline investigation to collect data. Identify business opportunities through financial lens by conducting comprehensive market and competitor research and analysis. Provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement (2) Lead financial research and analysis in key areas: Purchase cost of retail product and gross margin optimization Fulfillment cost management Financial Unit Economics (UE) model development and maintenance Performance tracking and reporting (3) Business Partnership: Deliver actionable financial insights to support decision-making Partner closely with business teams to drive results.
