Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and manage logistics partners (third-party delivery companies) to expand operational capacity according to demand. 2. Guide partners on company processes and standards, ensuring basic compliance. 3. Maintain commercial relationships with partners across different regions. 4. Ensure partners meet minimum operational and legal requirements. 5. Propose system and process optimizations in collaboration with internal teams. 6. Monitor partner performance and recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Support service operations for overseas business. Align china domestic and international service operations processes to form a closed-loop operation that efficiently supports business operations. • Assisting the project team with daily tasks, including managing documentation, scheduling meetings, track request and follow up with relevant department to ensure timely delivery, preparing presentations and reports. • Partner closely with stakeholders and end-users in system migration and upgrade. • Assist in managing stakeholders, including updating documents, access management and addressing issues. • Implement processes for project managers to follow that adhere to company standards. • Coordinate communication between the relevant department and overseas stakeholder, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and provided with prompt responses. • Observe day-to-day operations and take the initiative to assist the team as needed in various tasks. • Ensure the internal partners deliver, are responsive, and comply with project, applicable guidelines, codes, and standards. Strategic Immigration Management & Compliance Lead the end-to-end visa application, renewal, and cancellation processes, ensuring compliance with local and international immigration laws. Continuously review and improve immigration policies, processes, and frameworks to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. Establish and maintain a real-time immigration dashboard to monitor visa processing status, track key trends, and identify potential risks. Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory updates, staying ahead of evolving visa trends, government regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure the company is always prepared for legal changes. Develop and implement risk management strategies for immigration operations, identifying potential red flags and mitigating compliance risks proactively. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with visa service providers, government agencies, and embassies, ensuring high service standards and compliance with agreed SLAs. Take the lead in vendor negotiations and contract management, optimizing costs while enhancing service efficiency and effectiveness. Partner closely with internal business leaders, HR teams, and mobility managers to align immigration strategies with workforce planning and business needs. Advisory & Employee Support Act as a trusted advisor for immigration-related queries, providing guidance to employees, hiring managers, and HR partners on work permit applications, legal requirements, and compliance. Design and conduct training sessions and internal workshops on immigration policies, procedures, and best practices to educate internal stakeholders. Lead the resolution of complex visa cases and escalations, working closely with legal teams, external consultants, and government agencies as necessary. Process Optimization & Digital Transformation Spearhead automation and digitalization of immigration processes, enhancing tracking, reporting, and overall operational efficiency. Collaborate with HR, legal, and mobility teams to design and implement technology-driven solutions for seamless visa application and tracking. Continuously review process bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance service delivery and compliance management. Work Location: China-Shenzhen

Help to solve the partner's demand in the daily operation of Trip system by telephone, email or online chat(contact the customer directly if necessary). 4. Promote Trip’s hotel management system to our cooperative hotels. 5. Coordinate with other departments to improve the overall satisfaction of the merchant (hotel). 6. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
