任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，扎实的计算机基础（操作系统，数据结构与算法）和软件开发； 2.熟悉掌握常用的Java类库及开源框架，如多线程、并发处理、I/O与网络通讯、Spring等，掌握Java虚拟机原理，有JVM分析及调优的经验； 3.熟悉分布式系统架构和微服务架构，有相关项目经验者优先考虑。 4.有较强的逻辑思维能力，能够从客户视角出发，基于自身的技术积累和技术对标，分析、归纳和解决业务问题。 具备以下条件优先 1.具备采购管理、法务合规、合同管理、SRM（供应商关系管理）或主数据治理等相关系统建设经验，深度理解企业级业务流程，能够快速融入复杂业务场景； 2.具有DDD（领域驱动设计）实战经验，能够进行有效的业务建模和架构设计； 3.对国际化技术架构有深入理解和实践经验，熟悉多语言、多时区、多币种等技术挑战；在AI产品建设方面有前瞻性认知，具备AI技术在企业级应用中的落地经验；对AI Coding（智能编程）有实践探索，了解相关工具和最佳实践。
工作职责
1.业务交付：负责美团采购、法务系统建设，进行需求分析、系统设计、功能开发、项目推动，保障业务需求的按时交付； 2.架构治理：通过合理架构、设计模式、代码结构、建模等技术手段，持续建设可扩展可持续迭代的业务系统； 3.质量保障：负责相关系统的稳定性保障，为客户和上下游系统提供稳定可靠的服务能力； 4.团队建设：指导初级工程师，促进团队共同成长；技术影响力输出，打造团队品牌文化； 5.AI探索：深度参与采购、法务场景的智能化升级改造，探索AI技术在业务场景中的创新应用，提升用户效率和体验
