Quality Improvement Initiatives Complaint Analysis: Analyze customer complaints and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues. As Quality Manager at ZSB Yangzhong, you serve as the strategic quality partner to the General Manager, ensuring Siemens Electrification and Automation (SI EA) quality standards are implemented and maintained for Low Voltage Busbar (LV BB) and Low Voltage Switchboard (LVSB) production. You lead the quality organization including all quality functions, local Global Competence Center (GCC), and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) responsibilities.
