工作职责
1. Conducting researches in local rider commuties around riders' experince.2. Design and build localized rider service system and strategies to enhance rider experience.3. Collabrate with product team on build product features to optimize piplines of delivery.4. Develop feedback channels and collect rider feedback to optimize strategies and products.
Assist in analyzing delivery performance metrics, including on-time rate, fulfillment, operational efficiency, and rider satisfaction. Support the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance the rider experience, from onboarding through daily operations. Conduct research and gather rider feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with product, logistics, and service teams to propose data-driven enhancements. Contribute to the development of internal reports and dashboards that monitor the performance and impact of operational strategies.
1. Design delivery strategies to ensure delivery experience, including on-time delivery rate, NPS, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillment rate.2. Create differentiated rider evaluation plans based on various capacity types and business models to ensure service quality during fulfillment.3. Continuously improve rider performance through training, incentives, and control systems to reduce violations.4. Monitor and analyze delivery-related data, identify problems.
1. Conduct user research to understand user behavior and preference towards different kinds of user growth programs.2. Generate qualitative insights reports, to provide suggestions and input for user operation and branding team's stratregy.
1. Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and market standards to derive actionable insights that drive campaign strategy and innovation. 2. Collaborate with Specialists and Managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaign elements, including coupon creation, communication journey setup, message creation (via WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, etc.), and landing page development. 3. Monitor campaign KPIs, producing comprehensive performance reports for business stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy refinement. 4. Identify potential issues and recommend tactical interventions during campaign execution to maintain alignment with objectives and enhance outcomes. 5. Document key learnings from campaigns and contribute to the development of process improvements and the creation of strategic playbooks.
