工作职责
1. Develop monthly work plans for the department, lead and supervise employees to complete target tasks, monitor and inspect the implementation of various work systems, and coordinate with upstream and downstream departments; 2. After operations are completed, organise the inventory area, clean up packaging materials, adjust storage locations, organise product categories, and handle discrepancies; 3. Supervise the implementation of management systems, manage employee attendance, provide necessary job-related training to staff, and evaluate work performance; 4. Plan product categories in storage areas to optimise physical space utilisation, maintain temporary storage zones, and conduct daily warehouse; 5. Manage the receipt, issuance, and storage of warehouse goods; 6. Implement and revise warehouse management systems, standardise operational procedures, optimise internal processes, and ensure their effective implementation; 7. Ensure inventory records are clear and accurate, conduct regular warehouse inventories, and verify the accuracy of inventory data in accordance with warehouse management regulations; 8. Oversee overall inventory management within the warehouse, coordinate and execute inventories (such as daily counts), ensure inventory records match physical stock, and investigate discrepancies in inventory items.
1. Responsible for recording abnormal situations during the transportation process on site and reporting them to the supervisor in a timely manner. 2. Kindly co-operate with drivers to load and unload goods correctly to ensure safe and efficient operations. 3. Strictly enforce on-site safety regulations and correct shipping procedures. 4. Maintain timely communication with the warehousing team to ensure that warehouse tasks are completed on time and accurately. 5. Verify the integrity of the goods and check whether the goods on the pallets are reasonably and securely stacked. 6-Guide drivers in proper loading procedures, assist drivers in correctly returning materials to the warehouse, and verify quantities. 7-Properly perform vehicle sealing and unsealing operations to ensure compliance with procedures. 8-Check whether the cargo compartment temperature meets transportation requirements; loading may only proceed after confirmation of compliance. 9-Monitor and supervise on-site drivers' operational behaviour and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

Ensures timely delivery of goods, coordinates interdepartmental collaboration, and enhances fulfilment efficiency. 3. Manages and guides team members, develops work plans and procedures, and improves team performance. 4. Oversee warehouse management, encompassing goods receipt and dispatch, inventory control, and loss prevention. 5. Analyse and resolve operational issues arising during logistics processes to guarantee seamless supply chain operations.

1. 负责小象出海业务B端、C端、D端数据产品体系规划、能够自驱协同商分抽炼业务指标体系，搭建业务核心指标体系； 2. 沉淀分析思路与框架， 提炼数据产品需求，协同运营与技术推动数据产品的落地； 3. 通过专题数据分析，自驱进行数据探查，为业务经营决策赋能，用数据定位和解读业务问题； 4. 自主运营数据产品，推动数据产品在业务分析决策和业务流程的应用，提升决策和管理效率； 5. 有良好的数据策略-业务应用闭环意识，能够通过数据驱动业务决策，最大化数据价值产出。
