美团送递员运营实习生（数据分析方向）

任职要求

1.正在攻读商业分析、数据科学、统计学、金融工程或相关学科专业的学士或硕士学位，有互联网数据分析经验、本地生活等相关行业实习经验优先；Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance Engineering or a related discipline,experience in internet data analysis, O2O, or related industries are preferred;

工作职责

1. 协助完成送递员活动与等级权益等运营工作相关数据分析，输出专题分析报告；Assist in analyzing operational data related to courier activities and tiered benefit systems, and deliver analytical reports;
2. 建设并维护核心业务指标监控看板，实时追踪运营效果与骑手行为变化；Build and maintain core business metric dashboards to track operational effectiveness and courier behavior changes;
3. 参与A/B实验设计，监控实验数据，协助完成效果评估与策略复盘；Participate in A/B test design, monitor experimental data, and support impact evaluation;
4. 诊断日常运营问题，挖掘原因并定位策略优化点，为策略迭代提供可落地建议。Identify root causes of operational issues, pinpoint strategy optimization opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
