1.Design Delivery Pricing Models: Proactively design delivery pricing models that address local business pain points. Build efficient pricing models to increase order acceptance rates, optimize user experience, and meet diverse business scenarios and customer needs. 2.Optimize Delivery Pricing Strategies: Responsible for optimizing and operating delivery pricing strategies, including daily monitoring and analysis, and collaborating with product and algorithm teams to continuously improve delivery experiences at all stages through algorithm and product improvements, thereby increasing delivery efficiency. 3.Monitor Market Demand: Monitor changes in market demand, analyze internal supply issues, and other delivery strategies adopted by companies in the industry to continuously enhance cost efficiency. 4.Data Monitoring and Problem Solving: Monitor supply and delivery experience data daily, weekly, and monthly, identify regional supply issues, and drive solutions through product or operational strategies/incentives to achieve supply quantity and experience goals. 1. 设计配送定价交易模式：主动设计能够解决本地业务痛点的配送定价交易模式。构建高效的定价交易模型，提升订单接受率，优化用户体验，满足多样化的业务场景和客户需求。 2. 优化配送定价策略：负责优化和运营配送定价策略，包括日常监控、分析，并与产品和算法团队合作，通过算法和产品改进不断提升各阶段的配送体验，从而提高配送效率。 3. 监控市场需求：监控市场需求变化，分析内部供给问题以及行业内其他公司采用的配送策略，不断提升成本效率。 4. 数据监控与问题解决：每日、每周和每月监控供给和配送体验数据，识别区域性供给问题，并通过产品或运营策略/激励措施推动解决方案，以实现供给数量和体验目标。

1.Partner Compliance Framework · Lead end-to-end compliance management for delivery partners, establishing risk control mechanisms (e.g., rider licensing programs, vehicle inspections) aligned with local government regulations. 2.Proactive Risk Mitigation · Design and implement "Prevent-Detect-Resolve" strategies to address regulatory risks (e.g pre-license verification, real-time monitoring, post-violation corrections). 3.Accountability System · Develop a closed-loop partner governance model, including:①Penalties for non-compliance (e.g fines, suspensions)；②Root-cause analysis and strategy refinement 4.Regulatory Intelligence · Monitor local regulatory trends (e.g labor laws, safety policies) and benchmark against industry best practices to propose actionable solutions. 5.Cross-functional Leadership · Coordinate with Legal, Public Policy, and Operations teams to streamline compliance processes without compromising delivery efficiency.

Job responsibilities: 1. Have a certain understanding of all aspects of Hong Kong's local distribution and import/export business, design logistics fulfillment processes according to customer demands, and promote internal and external resources to achieve them 2. According to the operation goals, formulate a systematic operation strategy and achieve phased results 3. According to operation data analysis and user feedback, continuously optimize product user experience 4.The location of this position is not limited to a single region and may be adjusted based on business needs.
