工作职责
1. Monitor overall core data, and analyze and identify key operation issues, and drive solutions through product or operational strategy measures. 2. Establishing a viable target logic that considers platform demands and business strategies to guide operations in adjusting capacity strategies across different scenarios 3. Conduct rapid and in-depth analysis on critical issues of business indicators, propose solutions, take the lead in driving strategy implementation, and track improvement outcomes
1.负责收集、整理和分析行业及公司业务数据,为决策提供支持和建议; 2.负责制定并实施业务数据分析策略,提升运营效率和业务绩效; 3.协助业务团队优化流程,提高团队运营效率和工作质量; 4.负责撰写经营分析报告,向管理层汇报业务情况和发展趋势; 5.参与制定并执行销售运营计划,推动销售业绩提升。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing industry and company business data to provide support and recommendations for decision-making; 2. Responsible for developing and implementing business data analysis strategies to improve operational efficiency and business performance; 3. Assist the business team in optimizing processes, improving team operational efficiency and work quality; 4. Responsible for writing business analysis reports and reporting business situations and development trends to management; 5. Participate in the development and implementation of sales operation plans to drive sales performance improvement.
1、经营报告数据规则:作为COE统筹集团经营报表的数据规则,基于经营评价定义报表口径及指标逻辑,牵引业务关注业绩目标达成; 2、集团经营报表数据分析与风险提示:定期交付集团月度经营报表,复核报表数据以保证高准确度高质量交付,保证数出一孔;对报表进行数据分析,解读数字波动背后的业务原因,提示管理层需关注的业务风险; 3、报表生产流程制定及优化:建立并优化线上化报表的生产标准流程与规范,提高报表生产协作效率,对流程中的问题定期总结复盘、反哺数据基建。
1.Based on data analysis and business understanding, provide in-depth analysis and professional advice and information input for key business decisions. 2.Improve the business's operational analysis system, refine input and output indicators, perfect the breakdown and operational monitoring of business team goals, produce special reports, and provide business insights. 3.Collaborate with product, research, operations, and business teams, oriented towards business value creation, and drive the implementation of key projects. 1.基于数据分析和业务理解,输出深度分析,为业务的关键决策提供专业意见和信息输入; 2.完善业务的经营分析体系,包含输入、输出指标,业务团队目标监控和经营监控,并从中产生洞察,指导业务经营,输出专项报告,提供业务洞察; 3. 联动产、研、运和业务团队,以业务价值创造为导向,推动关键项目进行落地。
