1.3+ years of experience in logistics/delivery, or data analysis.
2.Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, proficient in SQL, and data analysis tools.

1.Develop and continuously optimize monitor metrics based on operation strategies to drive data-informed operational decisions. 2.Monitor and conduct in-depth analysis of partner's capacity performance, accurately identifying problem partners and root causes. 3.Follow up on partner's capacity perofrmance improvements, aligning with platform strategies to drive sustained capacity performance growth. 4.Collaborate with product operations teams to promote the optimization and iteration of related product features and operational tools.
Deal with vendors and retail team escalations for responsible destination countries. Provide logistics solutions to key vendors. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive actions through collaboration with Amazon internal teams.

To handle ocean export operation process with LSP and Carriers Ensure Amazon complies with China import and export regulations. Manage daily export operation related issues; Co-work with internal function partners on AR, AP, system testing, service product launch
