工作职责

1.负责制定和执行商品的采购计划，确保商品的供应和库存充足。
2.负责监控商品的销售情况，及时调整采购计划，保证销售业绩达到预期目标。
3.负责与供应商进行供应链管理，确保供应商提供的商品符合公司的质量标准和交付要求。
4.管理团队，指导团队成员完成工作任务，促进团队的合作和发展。

1. Develop and implement merchandise procurement plans to ensure adequate supply and inventory levels.
2. Monitor merchandise sales performance and adjust procurement plans as needed to ensure sales targets are met.
3. Manage the supply chain in collaboration with suppliers to ensure that the merchandise they provide meets the company’s quality standards and delivery requirements.
4. Manage the team, guide team members in completing their tasks, and foster teamwork and professional development.
