1、Residency & Identity: Saudi national, or a long-term resident in Saudi Arabia with deep familiarity with local culture and the business environment. 
2、5+ years of experience in PR or communications, with at least 3 years deeply embedded in the Saudi or Gulf market. 
3、Background in e-commerce, tech, or platform companies; experience at a leading regional player is a plus. 
4、Full professional fluency in English, able to independently produce high-quality English press materials and statements; Arabic fluency strongly preferred . 
5、Deep understanding of the Middle East’s mainstream social media ecosystem and communication dynamics, with the ability to develop brand PR strategies and drive their execution.
