工作职责
1. 负责美团MySQL内核的演进，特别是存算分离项目的核心技术研发，负责关键模块的设计、开发及性能优化工作，针对MySQL存算分离场景中的技术难点进行技术攻关，推进MySQL存算分离方案在线上的规模化落地，保障系统的稳定性，优化性能和成本； 2. 研发AI原生数据库内核相关产品，包括Agent Memory服务、向量数据库、PostgreSQL等； 3. 跟踪和研究数据库内核及行业前沿技术，为团队提供技术选型和方案设计建议。
