任职要求 【任职资格】 2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业，且以下条件至少满足一项： 1.有大厂实验室的实习经验，或有贡献突出的开源项目，熟悉PyTorch、Megatron、vLLM/SGLang等机器学习框架，有大规模分布式系统开发经验。 2.在ACM-ICPC（国际大学生程序设计竞赛）、Kaggle、数学建模竞赛（如MCM/ICM）、奥赛（数学、物理、信息学等）等取得显著成绩。 3.在顶级期刊或学术会议上以第一作者身份发表论文（或导师一作，自己为二作）。重点关注ICLR，NeurIPS,ACL, EMNLP, ICML, TPAMI, TASLP, TKDD上有一作论文的候选人。 4.社区（github、知乎、CSDN等）活跃者、有开源项目并被较多引用者优先。 【为什么是我们】 1.算力资…
