工作职责
一、培训体系搭建与规划 结合仓库作业流程、岗位标准、安全规范,制定年度/月度培训计划,明确培训内容、课时、参训人员及考核目标。梳理各岗位SOP、操作手册、安全制度,搭建仓库分层培训体系(新员工、在岗员工、班组长、专项技能)。跟进业务变化,及时更新培训课件、教材、视频、试题等培训资料。 二、新员工入职培训 负责仓库新人全流程入职培训:企业文化、园区/仓库规章制度、考勤、行为规范,开展基础作业培训:库区划分、货物识别、出入库流程、扫码/系统操作、劳保用品使用。安排师徒带教,跟踪新人在岗实操学习,定期复盘学习进度,确保快速上岗。 三、在岗员工常态化培训 组织日常技能复训、流程宣贯、制度解读,提升全员作业熟练度与规范性。开展专项培训:盘点作业、分拣/打包/装卸、货位管理、异常处理、6S管理等。落地安全培训:消防安全、叉车/地牛等设备操作、危化品管理、人车分流、应急演练。针对低效、出错、违规问题开展定向纠偏培训,降低作业差错率。 四、培训实施与现场管理 独立组织线下授课、实操演练、现场带教、案例分享、情景模拟等各类培训。协调培训场地、教具、设备、讲师,障培训正常开展。维护培训秩序,记录培训考勤、课堂表现、现场问题并及时整改。 五、考核、复盘与数据统计 组织理论笔试、实操考核,判定培训效果,出具考核结果,对不合格人员安排复训。统计培训数据:参训人数、完成率、合格率、培训时长,形成培训报表。培训后回访调研,收集员工、主管反馈,持续优化培训方式与内容。 六、讲师与团队管理 选拔、培养内部兼职讲师(仓管、组长、老员工),制定讲师管理与激励规则。指导兼职讲师授课方法、课件使用,提升整体授课质量。 七、合规、档案与其他工作 建立完整培训档案:参训记录、考核成绩、培训课件、签到表、影像资料,做到可追溯。配合仓库完成质检、迎审、专项整改类培训工作。完成上级交办的其他临时培训相关任务。 1. Training System Development and Planning Develop annual and monthly training plans based on warehouse operations, job standards, and safety regulations, clearly defining training content, class hours, participants, and assessment objectives. Organize SOPs, operation manuals, and safety policies for each position to establish a tiered warehouse training system (new hires, current employees, team leaders, and specialized skills). Continuously update training materials—including courseware, textbooks, videos, and test questions—in response to business changes. 2. New Employee Onboarding Training Lead end-to-end onboarding training for new warehouse staff, covering company culture, site/warehouse rules and regulations, attendance policies, and behavioral standards. Deliver foundational operational training including warehouse area layout, product identification, inbound/outbound processes, scanning/system operations, and personal protective equipment usage. Assign mentorship programs, monitor hands-on learning progress, conduct regular reviews, and ensure rapid job readiness. 3. Ongoing Training for In-Service Employees Organize routine skill refreshers, process communications, and policy explanations to enhance overall operational proficiency and compliance. Conduct specialized training in areas such as inventory counting, sorting/packaging/loading/unloading, storage slot management, exception handling, and 6S management. Implement safety training covering fire safety, forklift and pallet truck operation, hazardous material handling, pedestrian-vehicle separation, and emergency drills. Provide targeted corrective training for inefficiencies, errors, or violations to reduce operational mistakes. 4. Training Execution and On-Site Management Independently organize various training formats including classroom instruction, hands-on practice, on-site coaching, case studies, and scenario simulations. Coordinate training venues, teaching aids, equipment, and instructors to ensure smooth implementation. Maintain training discipline, record attendance, classroom performance, and on-site issues, and promptly address any concerns. 5. Assessment, Review, and Data Reporting Conduct theoretical written tests and practical assessments to evaluate training effectiveness, issue evaluation results, and arrange retraining for underperforming individuals. Collect and analyze training data—such as participant numbers, completion rates, pass rates, and training duration—and generate comprehensive training reports. Conduct post-training follow-up surveys to gather feedback from employees and supervisors, continuously improving training methods and content. 6. Trainer and Team Management Select and develop internal part-time trainers (warehouse staff, team leaders, experienced employees), establishing clear management and incentive guidelines. Guide part-time trainers on teaching methodologies and courseware utilization to improve overall training quality. 7. Compliance, Documentation, and Other Responsibilities Maintain complete training records including participation logs, assessment scores, training materials, sign-in sheets, and audiovisual documentation to ensure traceability. Support warehouse operations in quality inspections, audits, and special improvement initiatives through relevant training. Complete other temporary training-related tasks assigned by superiors.
