Keeta Qatar – User Operation Intern (Marketing Direction) 📋 Role Overview Keeta is a fast-growing international food delivery platform expanding aggressively in the Middle East. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Qatar User Operations team, supporting marketing campaigns, CRM strategy, and channel partnerships in one of the region's most exciting emerging markets. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Assist in copywriting, translation, and proofreading for marketing campaigns, user outreach materials, and business proposals (Arabic ↔ English) Support CRM operations including topic ideation, content planning, and performance data analysis Contribute to external channel partnership projects through user research, market insight gathering, and day-to-day project coordination
Analyze user growth and operational data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and business insights. Investigate performance fluctuations (e.g., acquisition, retention, transaction volume) and provide data-backed recommendations on potential root causes and solutions. Work closely with Product, Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to support the planning and execution of growth initiatives, campaigns, and operational projects. Assist in building reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor business performance and communicate key findings to stakeholders. Support Keeta's user growth operations across assigned markets, contributing to initiatives focused on user acquisition, reactivation, engagement, and retention. Support user research initiatives by designing survey questionnaires, coordinating with third-party research vendors, collecting user feedback, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Job Responsibilities Campaign BML & Pricing Analytics: Support Beat-Meat-Loss pricing monitoring for Top brands and major campaigns (Keeta Week, OFU). Build and maintain automated scripts to track competitor pricing, identify price-lose items, and generate pricing compliance reports for merchant teams. Data Analysis & Reporting: Write SQL queries to extract and analyze campaign performance data (orders, GMV, conversion funnels). Maintain and iterate campaign dashboards; produce daily/weekly reports with actionable insights. Merchant & Item Operations: Assist in large-scale item eligibility reviews for campaign enrollment — including pricing validation, discount compliance checks, and item quality audits. Support merchant recruitment data tracking and campaign SPU pool management. Automation & Tooling: Develop and maintain scripts for data scraping, automated alerting (e.g., price anomaly detection), and batch operations. Troubleshoot and optimize existing scripts to improve operational efficiency. Ad-hoc Support: Assist in promotion discount data preparation, BD access management, and cross-functional coordination during campaign peak periods.
1.Support daily user lifecycle operations across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.2.Analyze user behavior data (order frequency, drop-off patterns, segment migration) and identify growth levers.3.Localize global campaigns based on user insights and cultural nuances.4.Assist in coupon strategy, promo design, and incentive budgeting to balance growth and ROI.5.Collaborate with product and CRM teams to optimize push, email, and in-app communication strategies.6.Design and manage A/B tests, reporting key metrics and learnings to stakeholders.7.Monitor competitor promotions and adjust user playbooks accordingly.
