我们正在寻找一位积极主动、执行力强、责任心高的整合营销传播专家岗位,支持并逐步独立负责 Qatar 市场各类营销项目的落地执行。该岗位需要与内部团队、外部代理商、媒体伙伴、供应商及商户资源紧密协作,确保营销项目按时、按质、围绕业务目标顺利推进。

岗位职责
1. 营销项目执行与进度跟进
支持并逐步独立负责各类营销 campaign 和日常营销项目的落地执行,包括时间表制定、任务拆解、物料准备、内部协调、执行跟进和现场落地,确保项目按时、按质,并符合 campaign 目标和品牌要求。
2. Agency 与供应商管理
对接创意代理商、媒介代理商、制作供应商、活动供应商、KOL/达人及其他外部合作伙伴,跟进 brief、方案、报价、制作进度、交付时间和执行质量,保障项目顺利推进。
3. 内容与营销物料管理
配合内部团队和外部 agency,支持 campaign 物料的制作、审核、适配和交付,包括社媒内容、线下物料、商户合作物料、站内 banner、视频、活动物料及其他营销资产,确保内容准确、本地化表达得当,并符合品牌规范。
4. 线下活动与本地营销执行支持
支持线下 activation、品牌活动、商户联合营销、校园或社区活动及其他本地营销项目的执行,协调场地、物料、人员、供应商、搭建、现场流程和执行细节。
5. 跨部门协作与信息同步
与 Brand、Social、CRM、BD、Operations、Product、Design、Data、Customer Service 等内部团队协作,推动需求对齐、信息收集、交付跟进和执行问题解决,确保各方在同一节奏下推进项目。
6. 日常营销运营支持
支持日常 marketing operations,包括 campaign calendar 维护、预算和付款流程跟进、采购流程、营销资产整理、会议纪要、项目文档和基础报告等。
7. Campaign 跟踪与基础复盘
跟踪 campaign 执行进展,收集基础效果数据、用户反馈、市场观察和执行经验,支持项目复盘,总结哪些做法有效、哪些问题需要改进,为后续项目提供参考。
8. 本地市场与用户观察
关注本地市场趋势、本地其他公司动作、用户行为、文化节点和线下机会,及时向团队分享观察和执行洞察,支持团队更好地做 campaign planning 和本地化判断。
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Integrated Marketing Executive to support and independently drive the execution of various marketing projects in Qatar. This role will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, media partners, vendors, and merchants to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time, on quality, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign execution, agency coordination, production follow-up, event or offline activation, social/content projects, and day-to-day marketing operations. This person should be detail-oriented, highly organized, resilient under pressure, and able to push things forward in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. Beyond strong execution, we are also looking for someone with strategic potential — someone who is curious about consumers, understands why a campaign is being done, can summarize learnings from execution, and can gradually grow from “getting things done” to “thinking through what should be done and why.”

1. Campaign Planning, Execution and Project Follow-up
Independently plan & manage the execution of marketing campaigns and daily marketing projects, including timeline planning, task tracking, material preparation, internal coordination, and on-ground delivery. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on quality, and in line with the campaign objectives and brand requirements.

2. Agency and Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with creative agencies, media agencies, production vendors, event suppliers, influencers/KOLs, and other external partners. Follow up on briefs, proposals, quotations, production progress, delivery timelines, and execution quality to ensure smooth project implementation.

3. Content and Creative Asset Management
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support the development, review, adaptation, and delivery of campaign materials, including social content, offline materials, merchant-facing assets, in-app banners, videos, event materials, and other marketing assets. Ensure all materials are accurate, localized, and consistent with brand guidelines.

4. Offline Activation and Event Support
Support the planning and execution of offline activations, brand events, merchant co-marketing activities, campus or community campaigns, and other local marketing initiatives. Coordinate logistics, venue setup, materials, staffing, vendor communication, and on-site execution details.

5. Cross-functional Coordination
Work with internal teams such as Brand, Social, CRM, BD, Operations, Product, Design, Data, and Customer Service to align project requirements, collect information, follow up on deliverables, and solve execution issues during campaign delivery.

6. Marketing Operations and Daily Support
Support day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign calendar maintenance, budget and payment follow-up, procurement process, asset organization, meeting notes, project documentation, and basic reporting.

7. Campaign Tracking and Post-campaign Summary
Track campaign execution status and collect basic performance data, user feedback, market observations, and execution learnings. Support post-campaign summaries and help identify what worked, what did not work, and what can be improved in future campaigns.

Stay close to local market trends, competitor activities, consumer behavior, cultural moments, and offline opportunities. Share observations and execution insights with the team to support better campaign planning and localization.
